Scientific research on use permanent pigment inks Cornet

Therefore - and taking into account the fact that the intended purpose does not mean the issue of labels - has BHQL its name changed: now it is not Belgian Hygiene Quality Label but Belgian Hygiene Quality League.

This is part of scientific research within EURANET network and will include the Bhql (consulted only professional club in Europe) prepare a European directive which would later serve as a basis for European legislation on permanent makeup, tattoo.
